# Deep Fake Video Creation Workflow

Follow the steps below to create a deep fake video:

1. **Prepare your video:**
    - Grab your video and put it in a video editor such as Davinci Resolve.

2. **Cut the scenes:**
    - Cut every scene you need for the face swapping. This is usually when the camera changes its angle.

3. **Save individual clips:**
    - Davinci allows you to save individual clips. You will get all your previous cuts in individual save files.

4. **Face swapping with Roop:**
    - Use Roop for face swapping. Utilize the multi face option which changes all the faces in the video.
    - Roop can be found at [this GitHub repository](https://github.com/s0md3v/roop).

5. **Mask application:**
    - Put the face swapped video in Davinci above the original video (layers2/video2).
    - Then, apply a mask to the face in order to isolate it and get better smoothness.

6. **Alternative to step 4 and 5 - Runwayml:**
    - Use Runwayml to create a mask and green screen.
    - Then remove the green screen in Davinci Resolve.

7. **Multi-face scenes:**
    - In some scenes, there are multiple people, like Musk, Mark, and Jeff. To face swap all of them, use the same original video and swap their faces three times.
    - Then, edit the three face swapped videos in Davinci Resolve with masks, cropping, etc.

In just two days, the video was ready! You now have all the tools to create deep fake videos.
