This model was trained on 75 different classes and is the backbone for the HAVOC workflow. The full class list can be found in the inference.json file
It is part of the following papers:
- Faust et al. Intelligent feature engineering and ontological mapping of brain tumour histomorphologies by deep learning
- Faust et al. Unsupervised subgrouping of intra- and inter- tumoral heterogeneity using deep learning feature representations
- Dent & Faust et al. HAVOC: Small-scale histomic mapping of biodiversity across entire tumor specimens using deep neural networks
It can be run interactively on https://www.pathologyreports.ai or https://www.codido.co/marketplace/browse?RepoInfo%5Bquery%5D=havoc
