Adding `safetensors` variant of this model (#2)

- Adding `safetensors` variant of this model (fe7e4c882d1f7c87f22404225b9cf0c044dfc8b4)
- Converted the diffusers format to safetensors using this script: https://gist.github.com/mavispuford/48280e66fc8a7b153488f89611192f7b (99b593a62e390a5312e2d5a02f1cf76e2390aa07)
- Removed old safetensors file that wasn't loading, renamed the converted one to match the bin file (70083cb91fb41d6742fe4b8d578588ed7c629f92)
