Admins: Please add this model to the `llama-3.1` collection

Hello again admins,
Since I do not have the permissions, I was hoping one of you could add this to the llama 3.1 collection so it's easier for people to find this properly bf16 version of 70b-instruct. And once the incorrectly named, original mlx-community/Meta-Llama-3.1-70B-Instruct-bf16 is removed, I can then rename this one to use that name so projects that accidentally used the incorrect version (such as Exo) can pull the correct model without changing their code.
