Lots of choices.
You can try fish speech1.4, xttsv2, and styletts2.
Styletts2 is the fastest by far but also the most emotionless, good voice cloning quality though.
Fish speech has better voice cloning then xttsv2 but might have emotion problems. It completely depends on what you need.
