Ministry had a total number of vehicles worth 402. However, a review of the Board of survey reports for the period under review revealed that out of 402 vehicles as per the assets register, 262 vehicles had exceeded the recommended 5 years useful life, and 144 of these vehicles had their mileage above the recommended 250,000km, hence were all due for disposal.
