Few tweaks

A few things:
- use `gr.HTML` to display the title (should work to center the title)
- removed `login` from the imports (not used anymore)
- move the url parsing logic inside the gradio function (wouldn't work otherwise)
- use `RepoUrl` to get the repo_id from a url
