# Vortex NTNU 

*Shaping the Future at NTNU*  
**Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)**

Welcome to **Vortex NTNU**, the official student organization. We're passionate about using cutting-edge marine technologies and robotics to tackle real-world challenges. Vortex NTNU is a student organization that designs and builds AUVs, ROVs, and ASVs. In recent years, our drones Beluga and Freya have participated in RoboSub, TACC, and Njord.

## 💡 Our Mission - We develop students on a deeper level
- Encourage students to learn and solve difficult challenges.  
- Build a collaborative community around technical projects and open-source tools.  
- Enable NTNU students to develop themselves as engineers and team members. 

## 🎓 What We Do - We shoot for the stars and aim for the moon  
- We build drones and use them for competitive purposes.
- Collaborate with industry partners and researchers.  
- Vortex motivates students as a basis for their work life.
