"104b" and "CR +X" should be part of the name for SEO purposes.

When searching for models or finetunes of a certain size, I often use the parameter count to help narrow my search. Command-r-plus is a bit awkward to type and search for. Also, shorthand like "CR +X" or "CR -X" would also help differentiate the big and small versions of Command-R, with "X" replaced with the appropriate number for future versions.
Good names are important for communicating information. Not just for SEO and identification, but also for people to casually mention during discussions.
