bf16 bad result? 6 fingers?

Can someone explain how i got 6 fingers on his hand, the very first time i tried bf16 version? When i go to huggingface space demo of this model, i can't get this fail (tried many times). For clip I'm using Qwen3-4B-Q8_0.gguf, can it really influence the quality of the image? Or is it something else?
Update: Just tried full qwen_3_4b.safetensors, still 6 fingers, just a bit different result overall. Using fixed seed 7.
Or did i randomly choose a bad seed on the first try?
