Does it fall under the llama 3 license because it's a finetune thereof? Does anyone know how the licensing of the finetuning datasets interplays with the base model license?

I'm trying to figure out if I can use this on a project with a company. I think the tools I develop will be model agnostic, but I wanted something strong and local to prototype with. I'm just not sure if it can continue to be used (potentially commercially) if we choose to go down that route.

I realise this is a difficult and not fun question, but I'd appreciate any guidance or opinions!
