What do the labels mean?

I was trying to work with Finbert and I am happy with the results but something is not clear.
The labels are positive,negative, and neutral. In some cases a trader would want to see a bullish or bearish (or neutral) indicator with respect to his market. So if you're in the energy market you would want to see the sentiment with respect to energy market prices.
Does finbert just provide a positive or negative label based on the text found within or does it use any other logic to detemine bullish or bearish?
