Been a medic for...a long time. No longer active in the field, but I'll never let my cert lapse.
I feel you, the pay is awful and unacceptable, yet they wonder why we're a dying breed.
For what it's worth, I appreciate what you do, both on HF and in your profession.
Keep up the good work, and take care of yourself. EMS is a tough job.
