Dobby is a part of Sentient’s vision to create Loyal AI models, namely models that are community built, aligned and controlled. The community will own Dobby and govern how Dobby evolves through feedback, voting, and data contribution. |

However, for permissionless access to Dobby, the model must be open-source. The key question then is: how can we build models that are open source and *yet* owned and governed by the community. If you would like to chat with Dobby on a user-friendly platform, we highly recommend you visit our GGUF version of Dobby which can be run on Ollama or LMStudio. Otherwise, you can easily perform inference using the regular HuggingFace text generation pipeline as below. |
