Installation issues for Novice

I am not a coder. I have MacBook. I want to use the models for TTS in Kannada language. Here I got a bunch of files, which I downloaded in a folder. Then I run the command in Terminal. It ran something and stopped. How should I use the application? There is no App, no Icon. Please help. I run a video magazine and need them to create my content.
is it possible to share the error or screenshot so that i can help you out to debug it .
