failed to download the lfs files

hi, I have tried to download the LFS files manually or using git lfs.
None of the two tries succeeds.
When I use git lfs, it shows 0 B/s speed for more than 10 minutes.
When I download the LFS file manually, the browser tells me the time is too long to connect.
Is there any other method to get the models???
could you retry?
