Note that there was a sneaky bug that was discovered and fixed by @TimeRobber (see: https://github.com/huggingface/transformers/pull/17785). This forced us to update the checkpoints: https://huggingface.co/facebook/opt-13b/commit/2e084843c5407247730c2af6a32c7aa2ac52515a
