How to use this model?

Hi, this is probably a newbie question but I can't use this model following the Use in Transformers instructions. I also tried loading it with the same code in whisper-medium but wasn't successful either. If I replace the pytorch_model.bin file in whisper-medium with the file from this repo would it work?
