Mocha Checkpoint for BLIP-Base Model
The official checkpoint of BLIP-Base model, finetuned on MS-COCO with the MOCHa RL framework, introduced in Mitigating Open-Vocabulary Caption Hallucinations

This model does not have enough activity to be deployed to Inference API (serverless) yet. Increase its social
visibility and check back later, or deploy to Inference Endpoints (dedicated)
instead.
