ASR for Dysarthria

Hello, I saw on https://huggingface.co/jmaczan/wav2vec2-large-xls-r-300m-dysarthria/discussions/1 that you were exploring his work on dysarthria but was facing some problems with finetuning the model, whereby the WER remains at 1. I am facing the same problems and wanted to know if you have found a solution to this yet? Appreciate any help or details you could share. Thank you.
