i havce downloaded several files, but suddenly it says that "file wasnt avaible on site" when i try to donwload the gbl and mp4
Yeah ,I was facing the same problem
i also got same issue
Sometimes it works, but other times it doesn't.
also,I can't save the MP4 preview when the 3D model was an error on "file wasnt avaible on site"
Got the same issue. Did you menage to fix it somehow?
