.txt rendering of the license has different enumeration than the other versions

Compare https://huggingface.co/spaces/bigcode/license/blob/main/CodeML_OpenRAIL-M_v0.1.docx.txt to the original .docx version and you'll find that the (a) through (l) enumerations of the definitions have been changed to 1. through 12.
I don't think that multiple formats of the license are needed. A single canonical plain text file per versioned license release would be better.
