It cut off her foot at the bottom. Why?

Ai still sometimes manages to cut of things, you can try outpainting it
The dimensions are likely contributing. Make height greater than width in the advanced tab, i.e portrait orientation. You could prompt it with words too, but dimensions are free instructions.
The models obey unwritten rules of composition if not specified, and most of the training corpus will have cut feet in favour of not cutting heads.
Try rerunning it and if that doesn't work, you'll have to try tweaking the prompt and make changes. Also, Photoshop has a feature that can expand an image with content-aware expansion that actually works really well. I'm pretty sure Photoshop can fix it because I've used it to expand many images and it works great!
