We publish award-winning open-source deep learning models for biomedical instance segmentation (https://github.com/FZJ-INM1-BDA/celldetection) and would love to offer our growing community of academic researchers easier ways of accessing and testing our models on their own data. In our view, Hugging Face Spaces are ideal for this, as users can test out models without any friction. Since we apply vision models that exceed the practical scope of CPU computation, our community would greatly benefit from GPU access.
