How should I use this update?

I have no idea how to update app.py could you please explain this to me? Ive been using this tool to create something and my project has been on hold since the index error. This is a fantastic tool and im still able to get somecharacters out of it but im having to take the heads separate from the body and find images of people wearing what i want in the poses i want, it makes the work flow take so much longer so I paused my project. Id really like to finish it before this tool is gone forever.
