Yes, it's possbile. But mlbee is intended for sentence/paragraph alignment.
To implement word for word alignment, it would need to first segment sentences. ultimatumbee https://huggingface.co/spaces/mikeee/ultimatumbee was an attempt in this direction. Unfortunately, the project is curretnly in on hiatus. If you wish, you may be able to clone the space and take a look.
