The two Valencian voices have a tendency to pronounce the "T" in words ending in "-tzar" like "utilitzar" and "sensibilitzar", instead of "utilizar" and "sensibilizar". Here are some audio examples :

Hello,
thank you for bringing this problem to our attention. We are aware that, according to the standard rules, the group -itzar and its derivatives should be pronounced [z] in standard Valencian. However, we have reviewed the samples we have and we have noticed that our speakers do not pronounce it this way, perhaps due to hypercorrection or influence from other dialects.
The Matxa model was a first proof of concept to see how we could transfer the specific characteristics of a speaker to a TTS model, also considering their dialectal particularities.
We are currently working on a new dataset (ReFresCat) with more standard speakers, which should lead to a new version of the model more in line with normative speech. We will pay attention to ensure that this and other phenomena of standard Valencian are adequately represented.
If you detect any other feature that could be improved, please let us know.
