Running on CPU Upgrade

Hello, I'm Having a problem to start Stable Diffusion With Google Collab.
I'm new so I dont know what I'm doing wrong.
I've followed this tutorial

but when I start the Select and Load Model after a couple of seconds everithing stops and i got this error

I need some help to fix this.
