Help! This duplicated space has been running without my knowledge for a week now and don't know how to shut it down!!! please help ASAP! I cannot pay for this and did not know it was still running!

Hi @ThrillaGorilla , Thanks for reaching out! Hardware upgrades for Spaces are billed per uptime, meaning for each second it's running on the requested hardware regardless of whether you are using the app or not. To avoid unwanted charges, it’s recommended to either:

  • Downgrade the Space to free hardware when you are done using it
  • Set up a "sleep time" in the repo settings so that the Space automatically gets downgraded if not used. Upgraded Spaces are set up to never sleep by default.
  • Pause a Space, so that the Space is on hold and will not use resources until manually restarted by the owner of the Space
