Restarting on CPU Upgrade

Hello,

I'd like to include CohereForAI/aya-expanse-8b and CohereForAI/aya-expanse-32b models in the leaderboard. I tried to submit but seems like the owner of the space needs to accept the terms and conditions as the models are gated.
